Hey everyone, here is my latest workout of the week.
Today’s is a core mash up. Starting with four-point kneeling swimming (you could also do this laying on your front).
Swimming is super from 4-point knees to build strength in your back, core, shoulders and legs.
From swimming you move to laying down on the mat the first exercise here is a small hip movement allowing your hip to move towards your heal whilst focusing on pulling your belly button towards your spine to keep a strong core connection. I love the way this little move helps to ease tension in your lower back.
The third exercises is a good core strength workout which can be adapted to most levels, so works well for beginners and more advanced alike.
I hope you enjoy my core workout of the week.
