I’m delighted to be returning to The Guilty Cyclist for another free Strength and Mobility Session for Cyclists on Thursday 22nd October.

Many cyclists spend hours building fitness on the bike but often overlook two key areas that can significantly impact performance: strength and mobility.
A well-designed strength programme can help improve power output, endurance, stability, and resilience, while targeted mobility work can support more efficient movement patterns and reduce the likelihood of common cycling-related aches and injuries.
During this session, we’ll explore:
- The benefits of resistance training for cyclists
- How mobility can improve comfort and performance on the bike
- Simple exercises you can incorporate into your weekly routine
- Strategies for injury prevention and long-term cycling health
Places are limited to ensure everyone receives individual attention, and only six spaces are available.
