Hello!
You have probably noticed its a little quite round here lately.
January was a tough month, I lost my Granddad the man who invented the words 'make it happen' with this loss has come some reflection into what really matters and as I develop the strength and conditioning side of the business I have decided to give myself the space to do this without the pressure of delivering social posts on top.
So for the next two to three months there will be no new Instagram or facebook updates from me. I shall still post stories of my super clients doing what they do best!
Instead I will be focusing on:
> Getting my new studio ready for Summer clients
> Building my online Pilates and S&C programs to be the best they can be
> Content ideas for classes alongside @tgcoremovement
> Youtube series so you can still come and workout with me from whereever you are!

Hello!
I just wanted to jump on and say I have two spaces available from March for one to one training.
All my one to ones start with a fact finding phone call where we can talk about your goals and come up with a plan of how we would work together, I then will arrange a time for you to have a indepth alignment analysis, this session gives me an opportunity to see where your muscles imbalances may be and to then use this information when planning your sessions.
Training can either be in person or online or a hybrid method using both depending on your requirements.
My sessions blend Pilates, corrective exercise and weights to give you a full body mobility and strength program that works to improve your muscle balance and body confidence.

Breathing is one of the simplest yet most effective tools for calming the nervous system and relieving stress. When we feel anxious or overwhelmed, our breath becomes shallow and rapid, keeping the body in “alert mode.” By slowing and deepening the breath, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s relaxation response. This lowers heart rate, reduces muscle tension, and quiets a racing mind. Just a few minutes of mindful breathing can create grounding and restore balance.
Techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, and extended exhalations can be practiced anywhere and are especially helpful during moments of stress. Diaphragmatic breathing expands the belly with each inhale for better oxygen exchange. Box breathing uses equal-length inhales, holds, and exhales to restore focus. Extending the out-breath deepens relaxation. With practice, these methods not only ease immediate stress but also build long-term resilience.
Guided Breathing Sequence
Find Your Position
Sit tall or lie down comfortably. Relax your shoulders, place hands on your belly or by your sides, and close your eyes if you wish.
Settling In
Take a natural breath in and out. Notice how it feels without changing it.
Diaphragmatic Breath
Inhale through the nose for 4 counts, letting the belly rise.
Pause briefly.
Exhale through the mouth for 6 counts, belly softening.
Repeat 4 rounds.
Box Breathing
Inhale for 4 counts.
Hold 4 counts.
Exhale for 4 counts.
Hold 4 counts.
Repeat up to 4 cycles.
Extended Exhalation
Inhale through the nose for 4 counts.
Exhale through the mouth for 8 counts.
Repeat 3–5 times.
Closing
Return to natural breathing. Notice how you feel—lighter, calmer, more grounded.
