This week’s stretch is one your glutes are crying out for, Pigeon stretch is a yoga pose and one that everyone should try!
How to:
- Start in four-point kneeling
- Take your left leg up and straight out behind you
- Take your left leg over your right leg
- Put your left foot to the floor and slide back so you are almost sitting on your right leg
- Hold for 40 – 60 seconds
- Repeat on the other side
