Shoulder Bridge is one of my favourite Pilates exercises. Shoulder Bridge is one of Joseph Pilates 34 classical exercises, in this version I am adding the band for an extra hip challenge. Resistance bands are super pieces of equipment, great for home workouts as they are easy to store. They add in extra resistance to your body weight workouts.
