My New Chapter in Movement

Move Wilder represents an exciting new era for my fitness business. What began as a focus solely on Pilates is now expanding to include, corrective exercise, personal training, and strength & conditioning. This evolution is all about supporting my clients in every aspect of their movement journey and meeting them wherever they are in their lives.

What’s in a Name?

Move: For me, moving is about helping people rediscover the power and confidence within their own bodies. Whether it’s through Pilates, targeted corrective exercises, one-on-one personal training, or structured strength and conditioning, I’m here to encourage everyone I work with to find freedom and capability in the way they move.

Wilder: The “Wilder” side comes straight from my own life beyond the studio. I spend as much time as I can outside—cycling, walking, and just soaking up the outdoors. This connection to nature inspires me, and it’s something I want to share. “Wilder” means breaking out of routines, embracing adventure, and bringing a sense of spirited fun to our fitness journeys.

My Purpose and Passion

I created Move Wilder to empower people to move with confidence, so they can pursue whatever lights them up—on the mat, in the gym, out in nature, and in everyday life. I want to help others discover their bold, adventurous side. Helping people move “wilder” isn’t just about fitness; it’s about unlocking a bigger, brighter version of themselves.

Sharing My Wilder Side

By weaving my passion for the outdoors into my teaching, I invite clients to see movement as an opportunity to explore, play, and truly enjoy life. Move Wilder is more than a business name—it’s an invitation to embrace movement with purpose, joy, and a wild sense of freedom.
