Our tailored workouts make it easy to weave essential mobility and conditioning into your weekly routine, turning it into a simple, sustainable habit that supports both performance and recovery.
By focusing on the key areas that matter most for riders—core stability, flexibility, and functional strength—we help you unlock more power on the bike, prevent injuries, and feel stronger both on and off the saddle.
Expertly crafted by Hannah, a passionate cyclist, x-elite mountain biker, Pilates instructor, and corrective exercise specialist. This unique program blends the proven benefits of Pilates with functional movement techniques to address the specific muscle balance needs of cyclists.
Whether you prefer trails or tarmac, racing or riding for fun, Velo Core helps improve muscle balance, flexibility, and overall cycling performance. Through targeted weekly workouts that can fit seamlessly into your training schedule.
Each week you will receive a 20 – 30 minute workout plus a ten minute stretch and massage routine to fit into your weekly schedule. Ideally you would perform both sessions twice a week for optimal results. You can move your sessions within the app and look back at the prior week.
Each week the workouts change and gradually get more challenging to keep you progressing and building a good base of core strength and muscle balance.
For each move I shall complete 8 reps with you, you can choose to hit the pause button and do more if you wish, or stop prior to 8 reps and have a longer rest if you need too.
