Join our 60-minute Pilates class designed specifically for padel players looking to move better, play stronger, and stay injury-free.

This six-week course blends targeted strength, mobility, and control to support the fast-paced, rotational demands of padel. Whether you’re a recreational player or more competitive, these sessions will help you build a more resilient body, improve court performance, and enhance recovery between matches. Full six week course will be held at The Shed in Chidham.

Each class focuses on core strength, hip stability, shoulder control, and dynamic movement patterns—key areas that directly impact your power, agility, and endurance on court. Expect a mix of controlled strengthening, mobility work, and functional movement that translates seamlessly into your game.

  • Duration: 60 minutes per session

  • Dates: 14th July – 18th August

  • Format: 6-week progressive course

  • Level: Suitable for all levels (modifications and progressions provided)
