As parents, it’s easy to forget that our children are always watching. They quietly absorb the choices we make, the words we use, and the habits we repeat—even when we don’t realise it.

When they see us move, stretch, breathe, and prioritise our health, we’re teaching them—without saying a word—that caring for their bodies matters too.

The other day, my daughter proudly set up her own little Pilates “class,” mirroring what she’s seen me do. It was a beautiful reminder that the most powerful way to inspire the next generation is to live the habits we hope to see in them.
